Please use Tools | Set Up to select a WinSTIPS database.

Download and install the Microsoft Jet35 Service Pack 3.
Here are the step-by-step instructions:
1 - Download the file named jet35sp3.exe by right clicking the link and choosing 'Save Target As'. Save the file named jet35sp3.exe to an empty folder on your hard drive.
2 - Rebbot your PC and do not start any programs.
3 - Open My Computer or Windows Explorer and go to the place on your hard drive that you saved the file to.
4 - Double click the file to install the Microsoft Jet35 Service Pack 3.
